What shipping options are available?

Utilizing multiple UPS & Freight options we can provide you products in a timeframe that works for you!

Do you ship outside of the USA?

As of current, AMP Step Store only ships within the United States. Give us a call @ 906-AMPSTEP for options outside of the USA

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Yes we can ship to all 50 States! Shipping rate vary for anyone outside of the lower 48.

What could cause a shipping delay?

We all know delay's suck, so make sure your address is 100% correct before submitting & your product will be shipped the same day if placed before 12PM EST! With the exception of inclement weather or product unavailability, we will get your parts ASAP.

Is there a cost on returns?

There is a 20% restocking fee's on any product returned that has been installed or is returned after 30 days. If product is defective & being returned for warranty, a return label will be provided to send the product back.
